Bella Puttipannapach, Vegetarian Cook
I am a vegetarian and have a love of vegetables and fruits, natural foods, clean cooking, and eating.
I’ve always been around a cooking family, spending a lot of time with my mom in the kitchen.
As I grew up, I met some people who sometimes visited an Iskcon temple, and it was there that I was introduced to a different philosophy of food. It was here that I discovered a few passions – treating animals humanely and finding a way to eat healthy, delicious vegetarian food. The temple invited me to cook for them and learn more.
After this, I decided to cook and experiment more with vegetarian dishes and really began to love everything about it. I began to feel better with my health, and overall.
Now after 8 years of being a vegetarian, every dish I cook is vegetarian or raw food. I’ve become experienced with my Thai vegetarian creations (and some non-Thai), and I’m so happy to share my most delicious vegetarian recipes.
I also love to help people discover new ways of thinking about food and how it can help them in so many ways. Vegetables, fruits, and natural foods are essential for us. And, hopefully, others will be inspired to be creative and healthy as they explore cooking or just enjoying vegetarian foods.
Now I spend my time in several places – Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Nuremberg Germany, and I travel a lot too.
I love exploring new cultures, lifestyles, ways of cooking to enjoy new flavors, and grow my variety of recipes to share. Food can be healthy, tasty, and clean, and more people are doing it every day.
